Some questions - what OS are you running? Are you running with AHCI enabled? I understand that running with AHCI on has a big positive impact with SF-1500 controller.

I would get boot errors when I started up on those settings, I adjusted the timing to 8 8 8 24 and seem to not be having any issues will run memtest86 to see if I get any...
This is probably WAY more info than is really necessary but just to be safe:
The original problem I had was that once every 1-2 weeks my SSD boot drive (60GB Agility 1.4 firmware) would disappear...
