my problem is: when I run a memtest HCI and I get an error when I set the ram manually in the bios, I have a blue screen ...

Ok. Set tRFC to 88 and QPI voltage to 1.35V

Let me know if that clears up the problems. You should test the system with OCCT instead of that memtesting program

I did the TRFS settings but i haven't found QPI for ram, i just found QPI for CPU. i run OCCT but after 2 minutes it puts me in the heart error 0 or 1 or 2 etc.

I looked at the bios settings for this board and i can't tell which one is QPI, i'd try cpu qpi since the other boards call it QPI/VTT and VTT is on the cpu. See if setting this option to 1.35V helps with errors.

the problem is that QPI / cpu only three possibilities, 16 or 18 or auto and can just select the frequency cpu: s. I tested with 3, but no good results ...
