OCZ3P1333LV4GK with intel DP45SG don't work

Dear,

I bought an Intel DP45SG motherboard and an Inter E8400 processor and the OCZ3P1333LV4GK set.
I can't get it to work.
The motherboard won't boot well.

First i thought it was an mobo issue so i got an new one from intel. But same problem here.
I can get in the bios when i clear the CMOS and set the right settings for the ram, but after that it wont restart or boot.

The times i clear the cmos and the motherboard started, i checked once with memtest and the memory is good.

What can i do?

If you only insert one stick of memory and set the timings and reboot will it boot up each time? Does that work with both sticks on their own?
