So I am currently running my memory at the stock settings that the Intel Board auto detected. I believe they are 7-7-7-16 @ 1.5v - 1067Mhz. I'm just wondering what the optimal timings would/could be for this setup. I've seen 7-7-7-20 as well as 8-8-8-20 all with 1.65v.

Can someone from OCZ let me know what the tested and approved settings are that I can use for my setup?

These are the settings you should be using for this memory.

Timings 8-8-8-24(CAS-TRCD-TRP-TRAS), tRFC 80
Memory voltage 1.65V
Dram speed 1600Mhz
